Ingredients

  • 300g tagliatelle

  • 1 cup green peas

  • 1 large onion

  • 150g smoked salmon

  • 250ml heavy cream

  • 1 heaping tsp turmeric

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground pepper

  • Parsley

Directions

  • Cook the tagliatelle al dente in salted water.
  • In a pan, briefly sauté the sliced onion in olive oil, then add the smoked salmon cut into strips and sauté briefly.
  • Deglaze with cream, sprinkle with turmeric, and stir until it thickens into a creamy sauce.
  • Add the peas and let them simmer briefly.
