Ingredients

  • 6 large marshmallows (for a soft, fluffy snowman base)

  • 12 mini dark chocolate chips (for eyes and buttons; dark chocolate offers more antioxidants!)

  • 2 small carrot pieces (trimmed for tiny noses)

  • 2 fruit leather strips (for scarves; strawberry or cherry works well)

  • 4 pretzel sticks (for arms; adds a salty crunch and festive shape)

  • 1 Tbsp melted dark chocolate (for gluing details)

Directions

  • Assemble the Snowmen
    Stack three marshmallows vertically on each pop stick to form the snowman’s body, belly and head.
  • Decorate the Face and Buttons
    Using a toothpick, dab a small amount of melted chocolate to attach chocolate chips for the eyes and buttons. Stick a tiny carrot piece into the top marshmallow as the nose.
  • Add Arms
    Push one pretzel stick into each side of the snowman’s lower marshmallow as arms.
  • Wrap with a Scarf
    Wrap a thin strip of fruit leather around the neck of the snowman for a scarf effect. Trim as needed.
