This Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Ginger Smoothie is packed with turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon for a refreshing and nutritious health boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tsp fresh turmeric, grated

  • ½ tsp fresh ginger, grated

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • ½ tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ cup ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy (about 30-60 seconds).
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
