Ingredients
3 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
3 large eggs
2 ½ cups almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and honey to the mashed bananas and whisk well.
- Mix almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
