This easy and healthy Gluten-Free Banana Bread with Almond Flour is moist, naturally sweet, and perfect for a guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe bananas (mashed)

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 ½ cups almond flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  • Mash bananas in a large bowl.
  • Add eggs, vanilla, and honey to the mashed bananas and whisk well.
  • Mix almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  • Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes
