Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower
2 large eggs
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
- Rice the cauliflower in a food processor
- Microwave and drain excess moisture
- Mix cauliflower with eggs, cheeses, and seasonings
- Press into a ¼-inch thick crust
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
- Add toppings and bake for 5-10 more minutes
