A delicious and healthy low-carb cauliflower pizza crust that’s keto-friendly, gluten-free, and packed with flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
  • Rice the cauliflower in a food processor
  • Microwave and drain excess moisture
  • Mix cauliflower with eggs, cheeses, and seasonings
  • Press into a ¼-inch thick crust
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
  • Add toppings and bake for 5-10 more minutes
  • Cool slightly and serve
