Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ apple, diced (choose a sweet variety like Fuji or Honeycrisp)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)

  • 1 tsp flaxseeds (optional)

Directions

  • In a jar or airtight container, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  • Add diced apple and mix gently to evenly distribute.
  • Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
